Vrinda Valley

Deepening Inner Journeys

Vrinda Valley 2026

The Vrinda Valley project is almost complete!

The construction phase on our new community centre is now finished.

On September 25 2025, our new facilities were officially opened by Dr Anne Aly, Federal Minister For Multicultural Affairs.

Our new art studio is up and running. The kitchen is fitted out. And the new sealed car park is fully functional.

During 2026, we will focus on completing the new central arrival courtyard, landscaping our new carpark, and gradually commencing to offer a range of experiences from the new facilities.

We’re very excited about completing the new central courtyard. This outdoor space will add another dimension to the Vrinda Valley experience. The courtyard will feature a covered gazebo seating area, raised garden beds, and a new feature entrance wall offering privacy to the courtyard space.

We estimate that to complete the new courtyard, we need to raise around $100 000.

You can be a part of this important final stage of the project.

You can contribute either on a one-off basis, or periodically throughout the year.

We're really looking forward to working with all our dear friends in the spirit of community and service. Together we can continue to realise our Vrinda Valley dream!

Project Background

Way back in October 2012, we opened The Sacred India Gallery. Fast forward to 2023, and thousands of people from all walks of life have visited our uniquely creative space. For our team of volunteers, and for the many fascinated guests who have visited, it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey!

From the outset, our intention has always been to bring people together and deepen inner journeys.

We often ask ourselves, “Can we be doing more? What else can we share? During these challenging times, what is it that people really need most? How can we best nurture a deeper sense of togetherness?”

We would love to be able to do more events, bring more people together, and deepen more journeys. Our current facilities for hosting gatherings and workshops are limited. We need a space where we can regularly hold more community events and activities.

To address this need, we are making plans to transform our project. The property will be renamed as Vrinda Valley, and we propose to construct a brand new gathering space.

Why Vrinda Valley?

Vrinda & The Mystical Land Of Vrindavan

Vrinda is the goddess of Vrindavan, the land of sacred forests. Vrinda Valley will be a sanctuary, a place of shelter, offering nourishment and internal growth during these uncertain times.

A New Gathering Space

Purpose Built Facilities

We plan to construct a new building for gatherings, workshops and seminars. This purpose-built facility will be a flexible and supportive gathering space, and will also double as an additional gallery venue for exhibitions by local and international artists.

Gardens And Amenities

Grounds & Gardens Upgrade

We will continue to progressively enhance the natural setting at Vrinda Valley with more trees and gardens. We will improve our public amenities and upgrade our car parking facilities.

Please Note: The Sacred India Gallery will continue to operate at Vrinda Valley in it’s existing location. The proposed new development has been designed to compliment and enhance our existing gallery facilities.
